If you are looking to open an account, in order to place orders on-line and keep track of them and continue paying Cash in Advance, please complete, sign and return the attached “CIA Account Application – Packet”. It generally takes 24 hours to have a CIA Account set up.

If you are looking to open an account with Net Terms, you will need to complete, sign and return the attached “Credit Application – Packet”. Please let Anthony’s Credit Department know what your projected monthly purchases will be. It takes about seven to ten business days to have a Terms Account set up.

Please provide a copy of your contractor’s licenses and/or resale certificate(s), if applicable.
